Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. This allows you time to try your order at home and decide if it’s right for you.

Flexible Return Conditions

  • Light try-on is acceptable. Items don’t need to be “perfect new,” only in reasonable, reusable condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are appreciated but not strictly required.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (such as underwear, bodysuits, or pierced jewelry) may not be eligible unless defective.

  • Customized or final sale items are generally not returnable, unless faulty.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Simply email us at maswam2004@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Our team will guide you step by step—no complicated forms needed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days once we receive your return.

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (PayPal).

  • If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will refund you first and, if you’d like, send a free replacement directly to your home.

  • In certain cases, we may not require you to send the faulty item back.

Exchanges

If you’d like another size or style, just return your order for a refund and place a new order. If the exchange is due to our mistake, we’ll cover everything—including replacement shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For preference-based returns (e.g., size or style), customers cover return shipping.

  • If the issue is our responsibility (wrong item, defective product), we’ll take care of all costs.
